Excellent area - easy access to Peak District for walking and cycling, Local Cinema, theatre, good pubs/restaurants close by.

Rail connection to Manchester (Marple Bridge - 23 minutes) approx 15 minutes walk.

Would accomodate a couple - in which case we would ask £115.00 a week to cover additional utility costs.

Rented by the month.

Access by common front door.

Access to washing machine.

We are a pleasant welcoming family, however we will respect your privacy.
