Fully furnished room available for suitable client, for mon-fri letting only. There is no capacity for full time lodgings. I offer use of bathroom (the house has en suite in the master bedroom), the bedroom has a single bed and ample space for your belongings, WiFi access & TV in the room for use with catch up. Use of lounge area is private only. Use of kitchen amenities if needed.
The property is situated in a close with safe parking on the driveway. It is 5 minutes from Sandbach Train Station and convenient to Jct 17/18 of M6, and bus route.
Located in a pleasant area, if you like walks along the canal, there are many other walks in the area also. There are a number of pubs in the town centre and a Folk & Boat festival held annually. Middlewich Town is approx 2 miles away and has many restaurants, take aways & shops. There is also a Library and Park.
The rate of the room is £125 per week, no weekly discount available.
