Main bathroom is next door to bedroom (i do not use it) not en-suite (soul useage), Own lounge with Free-view Tv as well as Wi-fi. acess to washing machine (no dryer), maiden available in room, own fridge and freezer and kitchen cupboard space, access through rear lounge leading to average garden at rear with patio ,off street parking with large driveway (ample space for upto four cars) at end cud a sac quiet plot, in semi-detached house.
Convenient to junction 17/18 of M6 ideal for commuters, and 5 minute bus/car journey to Sandbach train station(parking availible at station), and 5 minute walk to bus stop from house, which goes to a number of destinations in the surrounding area, 2 miles to town centre has a array of pubs and takeaways, a library, with a tesco express, chip shop, pharmacy and a barbers a short walk from the house.
