A very comfortable, furnished double bedroom with built-in double wardrobe and en-suite in a modern 5 bedroom house. The second bedroom, which is on the second floor, is larger and has virtually exclusive use of the bathroom. The house has excellent facilities, including kitchen and dining area, plus a garden, double garage, parking for 4 cars, and wi-fi broadband.

The house is situated in a very pleasant part of Nantwich (Stapeley), approximately 10 minutes walk to the train station and town centre.

The other occupants of the house are my wife (who is Spanish) and a female lodger.

Included amongst the people who have stayed with us have been several students, Bentley employees, and various nationalities (French, Italian, German, Rumanian, Russian, Lithuanian, Bulgarian, South African, South Korean, Chinese and Spanish).

We are clean and tidy and easy-going and are simply looking for someone similar.
