Cosy double room in quaint Nantwich cottage

I'm looking for a lodger for my spare room in a quaint little cottage in Nantwich. The cottage has plenty of nice features such as original beams and a working log burner. The room is available from early February at a price of £525pcm (including some bills).

The bedroom is a small double. It comes fully furnished (fitted wardrobe and shelving unit, 4ft double bed with mattress, side table, wall display unit, wall mirror). It has been recently redecorated. Whilst the room itself isn't huge, there is plenty of spare storage space around the house if needed!

The rest of the house is kitted out to a high standard and you would have full use of everything. The kitchen has pretty much everything you could need, but I can make space if you have any of your own bits you would want to bring.

I do use the office space pictured, but you would be free to use it anytime I am not.

There is off-street parking at the back of the property which you would be able to use.

The price includes most bills: water, internet, council tax (band B). We then split the gas and electric bill every month. I also come with Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, and NT At Home.

I regularly travel for work, so you would sometimes have the house to yourself (occasionally for extended periods of 1-3 months). If you wanted friends to stay you would be free to use my room if I am away for a while.

When I am around I like the house to be relatively peaceful and clean. I like to cook, relax with a film, and/or play board games in the evening. I would ideally like someone who is up for hanging out together in the evenings sometimes rather than someone who will just stay in their room all the time. I'm also a fan of a good pub quiz, weekend walks with a pub involved, and going to the theatre - feel free to join for any and all.

Looking for someone who is relaxed and easy to get on with, and who keeps things tidy. Sorry, but no smoking or pets.
