En-suite Room in Nantwich

A spacious En-suite double bedroom with a substantial built-in wardrobe is available in a house in Nantwich's Kingsbourne area offering landscape views outside.

Room will be offered furnished. House has a good size kitchen and dining area which is up to date with most of the necessary equipment such as fridge, freeze, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, utensils etc. A table and chair can be provided in room if required.

There's a good sized rear garden and patio which gets good sunshine and a front garden.

Parking is available outside with a driveway and a garage. You're welcome to use garage if you want.

All Bills included in the cost.

This is a four bedroom house that will largely be shared between you and one other lodger currently in the house, and I would only be staying around two days per week in the third room.

About me - I work in Automotive industry, mostly out and about, and seeking a friendly and trustworthy housemate to share the house.
