Your rent includes unlimited BT Infinity broadband, council tax, water, TV license, gas and electric. So there will be no additional bills for you to pay.

We have Guests from the Hut Group and from other company's on the Gadbrook business park.

The property has a bus stop at the end of the drive. One mile away is the main A556 with direct links to Chester, Manchester and the M6.
