Double room in quiet area

Hi,

I have a spare double furnished bedroom in a 2 bedroom flat and I'm very happy to rent it out - genuine callers only please.
I'm looking for someone who is clean, considerate, respectful who likes to do his own things, a mature independent person. Sorry, this is not a party house.
The area the flat is situated is quiet, close to city centre, train station and bus station.
To be honest I moved in Northwich last year and I wasn't expected to enjoy it so much!
The room can be rented for 7 days a week or Monday to Friday only( the price will be cheaper obviously).
