Double room available in newly renovated house

Hi ladies,
A double room in my lovely little Victorian newly renovated house will be ready to rent out 15th November.
It's situated on a quiet little side road 5 mins walk from the River Weaver, 10 mins walk from the town centre and less than 30 mins walk to the train station.
There is available parking for residents.
Females preferred. All Bill's included.
I keep my home clean and tidy.
I'm looking for someone that is respectful and likes to live in a nice relaxed environment.
The double room has a brand new double bed, new triple wardrobe, two bedside tables, a set of drawers, internet, a TV on the wall and lovely new carpet.
I'm not always at home so you would have the house to yourself around 4 nights a week.
