Room to rent

I have a room to rent in my 2 bedroom detached house, in a lovely quiet area close to Moss Farm. The room can come with or without a bed - it's up to you whether you'd rather have a double bed or single for more floor space. I work in a hotel nearby, I am at home most evenings relaxing, cooking and watching TV. You must like dogs as I own a friendly puggle. I do socialise but I usually go out to the pub and meet friends due to limited space in the house. It is important that you are similar as am looking for a friend, as well as a house mate. I keep the house tidy and ask that you do the same. I have a nice garden, garage and off road parking. Walking distance to shops and amenities. £400pcm including all bills.
