Hi, I'm looking for a responsible person to use my house as a home whilst I am away travelling/ working for a year.

Although you will be on your own a lot in the house this is a lodger agreement only. Message me for more details. Ideal for people working from home.

The house is a traditional 2 bed terrace on a quiet street with parking right outside the front window. There is a small court yard to the rear and green spaces nearby.

The bedroom is very spacious with a built in wardrobe. It can fit a king size bed but currently has a double.

All the appliances are new and the house has a lovely cosy vibe to it. Some of the soft furnishings in the photo are not included in the rent, but the larger pieces of furniture (sofa, tables, bed and mattress etc) and all kitchen bits would be available to you of course. All bills are included too.

I'm more interested in finding the right person than charging the highest fee so please feel free to get in touch and ask questions/ introduce yourself.

I'm happy to consider small pets but would ask for a slightly larger deposit. Couples are also welcome but at higher monthly rent £1400.

Please note I am looking for non-smoking roomies only.
