Double bedroom in quiet area in Northwich

I am a sociable and respectful professional female working as a teacher, seeking a house mate and I would be a live-in landlady. I have a lovely double bedroom available from 18th July. It is unfurnished, or with a brand new double bed and chest of drawers if needed. I have an en suite so the main bathroom would be almost always yours, other than the odd bath! The third bedroom will be a dressing room/ wardrobe, so you could have a chest of drawers or wardrobe to give you more space in the bedroom. I have sky TV and Superfast broadband. There is lots of room to socialise and for us to have our own space. It is in a lovely new build estate with friendly neighbours in a quiet area but close by to many shops, restaurants and only 10 minutes from Knutsford, Tatton Park, Holmes Chapel etc and 20 minutes to Manchester. It was built early 2022, is surrounded by a meadow, the River Dane and set back from the town centre. It has a large garden with a shed. It has a driveway for 2 cars. I only have one car! Really good links to Manchester, Chester and Liverpool, located close to the M56 and M6. I am a tidy, clean landlady renting a room out for the first time and I enjoy cooking, walks, coffee/ food out/ tv nights etc. Council band C.
