Double room with en-suite in block of flats

Hi there

I am looking for a roommate to occupy double room with an en-suite. I am a professional and the nature of my job requires me to travel frequently on business meaning most of the days during the week I will be away and my prospective roommate will have most of the flat to enjoy by herself.
I am a single father and I have my kids three out of four weekends every month from Friday afternoon till Monday morning. They sleep in 2nd bedroom over weekends so prospective roommate has to be OK with kids over weekends. They mostly stay in their own room geeking out on gaming consoles or are out and about trekking with me:) They well behaved with set of routines and in bed by 11 pm latest. The kitchen area and living room area are shared. The double bedroom advertised is fully furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers.
