Semi-detached in Northwich, 10 minute walk to train station, 15 minutes walk to nearest supermarket and 20 minute walk to Northwich town centre.

Room is a large double room with a king bed and solid oak furniture, including a triple wardrobe and large chest of drawers. All upstairs of the house has had a full renovation this year including new wiring, plastering, furniture, decorating and wool carpets. If you require a bigger room than advertised e. g. for a desk or seat or a make up desk, the front room is bigger and has more storage. Can be discussed on viewing.

Rest of the house:
Shared bathroom with bath/shower, downstairs toilet, kitchen diner with lots of appliances, washing machine, American fridge freezer, lots of cupboard space. Large garden and seating area and attached double garage with lots of space for storage if needed. There's also driveway for you to keep your car off the street or the bus stop directly across the road.

Downstairs is part refurbished and the flooring and new kitchen due next year.

I am 30 and live alone. I currently work full-time from home and generally keep to myself but see friends at the weekend. I am very clean and tidy.

It's a very quiet street and the neighbours are very friendly, quiet and respectful. So the lodger must fit into this culture.
