Description
House with 1 spare double bedrooms, I will be moving back into the house most likely to be the beginning of April, will be needing new housemate(s) bills will be included.
It will be an ongoing improvement project, currently being re decorated with new bathroom suite being installed. However there may be ocassional DiY / professional stuff going on- disruption kept to a minimum. (It will have to have a damp proof course/ brickwork internally only in the shared living room).
Photos will be added once it is guest ready / or at least semi habitable.
I work different shifts also, so could be starting early morning or arriving home in the early hours too (mainly summer) typically work weekends. But generally won’t be around too much.
Currently I have enough people interested to show around and do viewings with. I have kept the ad open so if you are interested then still message me but currently it’s less likely that there will be the availability.
