One room recently taken, but another spare double could become available for use towards the end of May. (Once all my personal stuff has been relocated from a house move).
Bills will be included.
It will be an ongoing improvement project, currently being re decorated with new bathroom suite installed. However there may be ocassional DiY / professional stuff going on- disruption kept to a minimum.
Photos will be added once it is guest ready / or at least semi habitable.
I work different shifts also, so could be starting early morning or arriving home in the early hours too (mainly summer) typically work weekends. But generally won’t be around too much.
Currently I have enough people interested to show around and do viewings with. I have kept the ad open so if you are interested then still message me, as a month away may not suit everyone.
