Spacious double room available in a quiet, well-kept home on a peaceful road in Winnington, a semi-rural location - close to both Northwich and beautiful countryside with a large expanse of fields to the rear of the property . The property benefits from a large driveway with parking for up to three cars, a good-sized garden, and a calm, comfortable atmosphere throughout. The room is furnished with a double bed (not shown in photo) and other pieces of furniture.

The lodger will have access to the whole house, including a fully equipped kitchen, shared living areas, log fires, bathroom, and outdoor space. All bills are included, along with WiFi.

I’m looking for a working professional who is respectful, tidy, and values a comfortable home environment. This would suit someone with a regular routine. Occasional home working would be considered, (I work from home in the building next door myself) rather than a full-time work-from-home setup.

The house is occupied by myself and one friendly cat, so it’s important to find someone who will fit in well and treat it as a home rather than a house share. It’s a relaxed and friendly environment with plenty of gourmet cooking!
