Female aged 41, 1 Cockapoo dog (11 years old)..looking to rent 1 bedroom in a comfortable end terrace property situated in Northwich. The property is well located witth tescos just down the road, and the best fish and chips in the country within 200m!

With leisure facilities nearby, Northwich centre is a 5 min drive/bus with plenty of good high street shops. Northwich Train station 10 minutes walk away. Walks along the canal behind the house.

I am easy to get along with, looking for a like minded person to share the house with.

Applicant should be environmentally conscious - although I am striving towards zero waste myself, I do not expect this from a lodger, however adherence to recycling is important (it would be great to have a fellow eco-warrior through!)

Gas, Electrics, Water and Council tax included. Wireless optic fibre internet & a big kitchen. NB No TV aerial or license.

Ample parking down street - parking spaces at end, or in front of house - off road.

Cleaning up after oneself on a daily basis is a must .
