I have a double room available in my house in the Rudheath area of Northwich. Walking distance from Gadbrook Park ind. estate. 1 mile from Northwich station & Tesco. 400yds from Coop. Canalside pub just around corner. M6 under 10mins away.

Room is a double, with built in cupboard.

Family bathroom exclusive to this bedroom.

I would expect lodgers to provide (and wash!) own bed linen.

Shared rooms are large kitchen, and through lounge. I have fibre broadband, shared with sensible usage limits. Washing machine, dishwasher. Gas c/h - electric heaters/naked flames not permitted.

Bills inc. subject to fair use. No use of landline permitted. Lodgers must use own mobile phones.

Professionals preferred, not on short term contracts.

There is one spare parking space on the drive, and additional parking around the corner.

Large private garden.

I am an easy going IT professional, but quite private. Not looking for a best buddy, but reliable lodgers.

Non smokers only.

I have 2 cats, and lodgers need to be non-allergic to them! Please dont apply if not a cat-fan.
