The large kitchen diner has seating for 4 and is well stocked to include a washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave and all the pots and utensils needed.
The lounge is contemporary with a smart TV and a comfortable sofa. There is an additional fridge for storage as well. There are patio doors which lead into a pleasant garden with comfortable seating for out door entertainment.
There is a separate utility area which has a good sized chest freezer and a tumble dryer.
The current occupants get along very well. They are all professionals and are keen to have someone likeminded to share with them.
