We are looking for working professionals to come and join a friendly shared house. This established household is shared by working professionals, and has a calm and relaxing atmosphere, which the owners are keen to maintain.

Since we like to ensure our properties are occupied by likeminded individuals from similar social backgrounds, to help us identify the best person to join this household, we will be hosting some viewings over the coming weeks.

These rooms, 2 of which are en-suite, are located less than a 15 minute minute walk away the large Tesco superstore on Winwick Road (nearby the town centre) and other local amenities such as Orford Jubilee Hub with its gym and swimming pool. Also, Winwick Road retail park and several major motorway networks are all just a short drive away.

Being within such easy walking distance to the town centre from here you have easy access to some of the largest employers in town - for example Amazon, Hermes and The Hut Group.

Wrapped up in one single rental payment, we are offering accommodation in a modern, safe, secure household, inclusive of all bills, Wi-Fi and a weekly cleaner! In order to obtain this recognition, our properties were inspected by local housing officers, and confirmed to meet the latest safety standards, a standard which we have committed to maintaining.

Rent is collected on either a fortnightly or Per calendar monthly basis (preference will be given for applicants paying monthly).
