We have TWO single occupancy rooms available in a friendly house share. The property is in a great location with just a 12 minute walk to Warrington Town Centre. The local motorway network is easily accessed from the property.
It is close to local restaurants, shops and take aways with Orford Hub close by providing access to wellbeing suites, healthcare and a gym!
You will be sharing the property with just 3 other tenants.
All bills are included in the rent* and we have WIFI and a regular cleaner provided as a courtesy.
To try and keep our houses as happy houses, all our tenants need to be fully referenced (this means you as well!), but the great news is, if you can answer YES! to these 3 simple questions below, we can usually agree a viewing**:
1. Do you earn more than THREE times the advertised rent? Or have proof of funds to support your application if you are a student?
2. Is your bank account never overdrawn and do you have a clear financial history (that means no active or satisfied CCJs, IVAs, bankruptcies or other debt recovery plans), ? - NOTE: this point applies to all adults who will be living at the property.
3. Are you planning to stay for at least SIX months? - Please state the minimum period you are looking to rent for.
