Access to Kitchen area and two lounge areas which include a television. You will also have access to video games consoles such as PlayStation 5 & Nintendo Switch 2. Garden is accessible.

There is two dogs on the property but they’re situated in the lounge / kitchen area only with access to the garden. They’re very friendly and anyone renting would be welcome to walk them so ideally looking for tenants who are dog friendly.

Includes all bills, access to bathroom which includes shower / bath. You would need to provide / purchase your own food - microwave, air fryer, oven available.
