Master room/house for rent

I’m looking to let out the master bedroom of my property with all bills and council tax included, and the house to themselves for the majority of time.
Due to job commitments and also living elsewhere, I am only ever staying at the home maybe a couple of weekends per month.

The 2 bed home has recently been fully renovated. fully furnished with high quality amenities.

The house is a few minutes walk from Winsford centre at the top of town. There are lovely bars and shops just across the way. Each room is brand new, decorated to a high standard. The property consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen, dining room and living room.

The house has brand new appliances, washing machine, Wifi, garden, on street parking, cooker hob, fridge freezer, kitchen is fully fitted with cutlery.

The house has a rear garden, with patio and a garage for storage.

I’m looking for a respectable working person/couple to occupy the room and trust that they will treat the home well.
