Double Room Nr Chester

I'm about to start a new job in Bristol in March and while my house here is selling I'm going to be living in Bristol during the week, so I'm looking for a Full Time or Mon-Friday lodger.

I'll be going down Sunday night, back Friday, so the house will be empty majority of the week. I'm hoping it will sell at some point over the next 3-6 months, so I'm looking for someone who is happy with this flexibility.

The house is based in Penymynydd, 5 mins from Broughton and less than 10 mins to the Chester Business park

I have a spare furnished double room. I have my own ensuite, so the main bathroom is all yours. The house has sky+, fibre optic broadband, washing machine dishwasher etc.

I do have 2 cats in the house, so I'm looking for someone who would be happy to feed them during the week while I'm away as part of the deal!
