The house is a large, detached bungalow at the end of a small, quiet close, very convenient - 5 minutes walk- from the centre of Poynton, 2 minutes walk to bus stop, 5 minutes walk to doctor, Waitrose, 10 minutes walk to Aldi or Morrisons, 15 minutes walk to station.
I don’t mind whether the occupant is male or female. I don’t want a couple as I’d feel swamped. I do need references. I’m looking for someone in full-time employment.
I have my own accommodation in an extension and I only need to use the kitchen in the main house.
There is a large garden to sit out in in good weather.
There is off-road parking and plenty of on-road parking in quiet close.
