Single room for rent in a very desirable location

I have a room available for rent in my 3 bed detached home set in a very desirable location. There is a private driveway for off road parking and the house has gardens back and front.
Bills are included and you will have shared kitchen/bathroom facilities.
Wi fi is also included.
The room is bright and airy and is heated by gas central heating. The room is fully furnished with a brand new 3ft single bed and new wardrobe and drawers. Even though the room is fitted with a single bed, the room is a small double room.
I am a professional person and I work Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Ideally you would be a professional female and aged over 35.
I have a small friendly dog and a cat so you will need to like animals. They are extremely well behaved and very clean.
Poynton train station is a five minute walk away. Regular trains into Manchester and other major cities.
