Room to rent - Marina Village, Runcorn

Looking for someone to share a house with in Marina Village as my previous house mate has just moved out. The property is located in a lovely, quiet area with friendly neighbours. The house itself is three bedrooms. One being mine and the smallest one being for my son when he stays over at the weekends (housemate must be ok with kids and trustworthy). The spare room is a good size with a nice view and has just been freshly painted. The room has a good sized cupboard for storage. The living room is big and joins on to the dining room where i currently have a football table but i'm looking to get a dining table instead. The house has a balcony on the front and a nice veranda on the back which is great in sunny weather. Living room can be shared, i wouldn't expect someone to stay in their room all the time unless they wanted to. I have superfast Virgin broadband and Sky Q including the sports channels.
