Canal Side Home

This is a comfortable house with large kitchen/dining room/conservatory. The living room has a lovely view over the canal and marina. The bedroom for rent is a spacious double with lots of storage. You would share the bathroom/shower with one other person. We are close to a good transport system/motorway; Runcorn East railway station and Murdishaw bus station are within 10 minutes walk. There are lovely walks and cycle tracks right outside the door.
We are a couple and our son also lives here. We are all easy going and expect a house mate to feel relaxed here.
The 2 men in the house both smoke, but only in the garden, or the shed when the weather is bad. If you are a smoker and happy to follow the same rules that's fine.

We have 2 dogs who have lovely natures but can be noisy sometimes so you probably need to be a dog lover.
