En suite double annex to rent in beautiful village

We live in a 6 bedroom house in Rainow, a village on the edge of the Peak District. We are a couple of miles from macclesfield which has easy access to Manchester and London. We have a newly refurbished annex attached to the kitchen with a double bed, wall mounted tv, armchair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, ensuite shower room, mini fridge, kettle and microwave. The annex has its own front door, which is adjacent to our back door leading to the kitchen which can be used for cooking etc. We have a garden with amazing views, and there is room for parking a car. A car is advised as we live in a village. However there is a bus stop opposite the house with buses into macclesfield. There is a great pub a 5 minute walk from the house but no village shop. The nearest shops are a couple of miles away. The room would ideally suit someone who works locally during the week, but has a primary residence elsewhere. Although the tenant would be welcome to stay at the weekend on occasion, we would prefer a tenant who was away at the weekend so we are not disturbing the tenant with family noise!. The cycling and walking around here is fantastic. There is broadband coverage but limited mobile coverage, although some networks do work.
