Lovely large bright, double aspect studio room available. Sharing with just one other (and cat). The room can be configured however you like but it kind of works the way in the photos, south west facing so good light. King size bed, desk, Sofa bed, coffee table, shelving, wardrobe and drawers. Extra drawer and hanging space outside the room if required. Well equipped kitchen/diner, separate dining room and bathroom with large bath and separate shower. There is also a garage below which I could make some space in for bikes etc.

Easy going, friendly home respecting people’s space and privacy. You’d be welcome to share my living room if it works out we want to watch the same thing on TV, this room leads out onto the south facing decked terrace with gas bbq. I like to keep the place clean and tidy but not OCD, I’m looking to share with similar.

Perfectly situated 2 minute walk from train station (10 min journey to Manchester Piccadilly) bus routes and 5-10 mins to M60. Reddish Vale Country Park is nearby along with supermarkets. Easy on street parking.

The room has been taken on a short term let and will be available in May so in the meantime please get in touch if you'd like to come and have a look..
