Gorgeous Double Room Available In South Reddish

I bought this house 1 year ago (just before lockdown), in South Reddish, although it's practically in Heaton Chapel (as that's the next road).

Before I lived here, I was in Manchester City Centre and really wanted to still be somewhere close to the city (not that I've been able to do much this year 🤣🤦‍♀️). This little place has worked out perfectly for me though. Such a community feel and I've managed to make some local friends- hopefully you'll find the same too. It's 10 mins to the city centre from Heaton Chapel Station (which is about a 20min walk away, or a 3 min Uber).

The room- It's a double room with furniture included (chest of drawers, wardrobe, bed and mattress)

About me: I'm 34 although young at heart. I'm pretty sociable and consider myself to be pretty easy going, so it would be good to make a friend at the same time. So far I've been really lucky with my housemates and I'm so grateful for that🙏 I'm a primary school teacher. In the week I usually go to the gym/do a home workout after work and then just chill with the TV/do work. On the weekends I enjoy going for food or cooking in, sometimes drinking, watching Netflix or going out and about (when we can and its not fully booked!). Love music- I like indie and folk kinda stuff, although I'm open all sorts.

I'm pretty tidy and clean, so would need someone who's the same.

Although I'm sociable and up for chatting and hanging out together, I also understand the need for personal space and happily do things alone too.

Pets: I have 2 Ragdoll cats called Norman and Ada. They're like actual babies (as in you can cradle them!) So you have to be a cat lover.
