I am looking for a professional, respectful, clean and tidy housemate to share my lovely, cosy home. My current housemate is relocating after over 12 months here - your own fully furnished, newly decorated room with small double bed and bathroom. This could be on a Mon-Fri or 7 day a week basis. The rental includes virgin TV and broadband and weekly cleaner. There is a washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave in the kitchen along with oven/hob, large fridge/freezer and coffee maker. I have a small office you would be welcome to use with printer/scanner/fax. My 3 bedroomed mews home lies in a cul-de-sac in the centre of Romiley village, close to all amenities and a 3 minute walk to the local railway station, with a 15/20 min rail journey into city centre Manchester. Locally is a Leisure Centre, golf course, Doctor's Surgery and a range of shops, bars and cafes. I am an easy going professional lady who enjoys walking, reading, socializing and I'm a good cook!
