Double room to rent in semi detached 3 bed house

Spare room to rent with live in Landlord l. The house is average sized for the area. The room has a bed a wardrobe . There is one bathroom. There is a garage with some gym equipment in. Driveway for parking. I do have a dog who is a slightly boisterous staffy who will jump up but does not bite (only playfully) looking for a housemate who can let her out in the garden when I am not here if they are . Garden is a work in progress and currently flooded from the rain so tend to steer clear. I am a vegetarian but not a requirement. I have 2 fridges and 2 freezers so can have own place for food. Rent includes all bills, will just need to do own shopping. Close to bus stop and train station. Town centre is 10-15 minute walk.
