A shared bathroom upstairs and storage space in the fitted out loft.
With new kitchen with large cooker / fridge / dishwasher/ washing machine

A little about me, I consider myself to be nice and chilled easy to get along with. Clean and tidy. Of which I expect the same from my lodger.
I have a daughter who's 13 She stays over every other weekend, and have movie nights .
