Please note room has sloped ceilings so may not be suitable if your tall. That said I had a 6ft guy in there for ages and he loved it.
Additionally, as it’s on the 3rd floor you need to be light on your feet as there are people on different shifts patterns below you. So if you think your ninja skills are up to scratch get in touch.

Mon-Friday let’s also available for £80 double £70 single (Arrive Monday, enjoy staying in our friendly, clean and welcoming house, depart by 12 noon Friday) Your room will be unoccupied for the weekend so your welcome to leave some things.

These rooms are available to professionals only. Which means you must have a job.

We have two 'living areas' living room and large conservatory with heating which are shared.
Shared bathroom with shower and toilet plus additional toilet facilities downstairs.


Shared kitchen.
Laundering facilities. Parking space on large drive.
Nice garden and under cover seating area.
Smokers MUST smoke outside. No smoking within the house.

Our bedroom is en suite so you only share the bathroom with the other house mates. Currently three males. One works late shifts so is quite elusive. One works permanent nights so don’t really see much of him. Hence no queue for the bathroom in the mornings.
Very quiet and respectful lads.

This is NOT a party house. Shift workers need their sleep during the day.


Locally - Sandymoor is a lovely sought after area in Runcorn. Lots of lovely walks. Enjoy meeting our resident swans, ducks and Moore hens.
The Evenwood Farm is a lovely pub 15 mins walk, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and is famous for its excellent carvery . All extremely reasonably priced food.
Co-op, chemist, local take away, post office and of course a pub, is a 10 minute walk up at windmill Hill.

No car ? Bus stop at the end of the road to Warrington and Widnes. Bus stop at the co-op to Widnes, shopping city and Liverpool.

For all you fitness fanatics there are various gyms locally and a swimming pool at Brookvale leisure Centre 2 miles away.

Minimum stay is one week. No maximum.

We are retired and are out a lot or on holiday.
