Professional Young Female Only Modern Houseshare

Hello house hunters :)

We are two young(ish in my case) professional women living in a 3 bed houseshare looking for the third piece of the puzzle.

I’m Nicola, a 28yo veterinary surgeon which naturally makes me an animal lover with a particular fondness (obsession) for sausage dogs. My housemate Lizzy is a 22yo social worker. We are typical girly girls into makeup, fashion and beauty, and love nothing more than to curl up in front of Netflix with a glass of red wine (or blue wkd in my case, I never grew up, no judgey). We are friendly, laid-back and can’t wait to have a like-minded third musketeer!

The house is a cosy refurb terrace in a quiet little street nearby the river mersey. Your room is a reasonably sized double on the ground floor with large wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table with additional storage under the lift-up mattress.

There is a modern living room with smart TV (Netflix, Freeview and Virgin media broadband included), kitchen with breakfast bar, cutlery, utensils, white goods and all necessary appliances (toaster, microwave, kettle, etc). The bathroom will be shared between just you and Lizzy (my room has an ensuite). There is also a large cellar which provides plenty of additional storage space. On street parking always available. Fortnightly cleaner for communal areas. Patio/bbq area to the rear. Secure outhouse. Attentive and caring landlords - big plus!

£450 per month with all bills included, £300 deposit.
