Hi ,room is now available to view from the 15/07/2024. Room has a small double bed with a mattress and 5" memory topper, lots of storage underneath, a smart tv, wardrobe and bedside table lamp, mirror. Shared bathroom/fully equipped kitchen /living room /garden with decking area and seating ,Wifi ,Netflix , treadmill for fitness minded. We are all clean and tidy and clean our own room ,also kitchen must be kept tidy at all times. I also have a cleaner come twice for general house cleaning she will not enter your room that is your responsibility. Detached property is in the Sutton park area of Runcorn , on the edge! Close to Preston Brook and Sutton weaver. Also adjacent to the m56 junction 11 . All shops and amenities inc pub/restaurant 5 minutes walk away. I am looking preferably for professional working people ,or students only please . just to let you know i have a cat and a budgie , in case that may be a problem to any one applying.
