The house has been renovated within the last 3 years, with an extension built and decorated to a high standard.

The room itself includes a double bed, chest of drawers, Flat screen Tv, and clothes rail.

The house includes 2 reception rooms, large kitchen with cooker/hob, grill, microwave, toaster. All kitchen utensils /plates etc will be supplied. Dining area, large modern bathroom with shower and bath.

I am a live-in landlady with my partner . All I ask from any tenant is to be respectful of my home, and maintain a high level of cleanliness.

It is street parking, in a really quiet neighbourhood. You shouldn’t have a problem finding a parking space.
