Room for rent in the Runcorn old town, 5 minute walk to train station, local shopping and great transport links in local area, the room is a decent size with cupboard which could be used as a wardrobe to free up space, shared ensuit, there is one kitten living in the house and two raccoon dogs living in an enclosure in the garden. The person must be right for the house! Must be clean and tidy, interviews will be held and proof of income will be required.
