"Fully furnished" "double bedroom"

Fully furnished double room to let in a 3 bed terraced house. Set in a friendly cul-de-sac close to lots of amenities, transport links and shopping centres. All bills included including Wi-Fi and T. V. The room is a good size double and has double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers. Bathroom is next to the bedroom.
I live alone(with Rosie the cat) in a bright, well furnished house that has car park to the front and a garden to the rear. Happy to consider additional services e. g. use of washing machine or meals for an additional charge.
No smoking allowed inside the house. I would prefer no drinking but can accept within reason. No drunken behaviour welcomed. please contact by telephone.
