I have Great furnished Double Bedroom available in my mod 3 bed detached house ( situated on a quiet, private estate ), which is in a great location, based centrally for City Centre, Business Park and Airbus UK (all 5 min drive away) and less than 10 mins drive to motorway Links (A55, M56)and only short walk to bus stop into City centre (which runs every 10 mins ).

The house has all the usual amenities - BT Infinity, Sky tv, dishwasher, washing machine, Bath/shower, additional downstairs cloakroom, large living room, modern kitchen/diner with patio doors out to nice private garden & off road parking and also space to store bike etc.

. The room consists of double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside cabinet.

Ideally looking for someone professional and someone who's tidy and respectful of property. I don't allow pets sorry.

I am open to negotiate cost if just a Mon -Thurs night requirement.
