Lovely welcoming cosy spare room to rent

We are looking for someone to Rent our lovely cosy spare room and share the house for £400 a month, we would like you to be able to clean up after yourselves and, no parties or pets unfortunately.
As I am a support worker I spend lots of time at work and have 3 Covid tests a week, I would please ask that you could maintain cleaning standards and regular Covid regulations.
We would charge £650 for couples, this extra cost would be for the extra bills, as bills are included.
We are located very Close to Chester city centre, 5 minutes in a car, lots of transport close by, and the drive can be shared if you drive.

If we could ask you buy your own food and keep it separate in your own cupboard and shelf/fridge.

We can do short term rents or long.
