Double bedroom in quiet, peaceful shared house

A light double bedroom for one person is available in a small, mid-terraced shared house. This is a quiet, friendly house whose current occupants are late-thirties to mid-fifties. We are looking for someone within that age range to join us. We share the kitchen and bathroom, but there is no shared living room. There is shared seating in the garden, including a covered area that can be used in all weathers. Because the house is small, this share is only suitable for someone who wants peace and quiet - no loud music or parties except as agreed by all. There is a double bunk bed in the room with space underneath, so you need to be able to climb up. Languages spoken by current occupants include English, Polish and Lithuanian.
