Clean and tidy professional housemate required in my own home.
This is a 3 bedroom detached, new build house. It is situated on the outskirts of Sandbach. With the train station within easy reach. So it is easy to get into Crewe and Manchester. You are also close to the M6 either Junction 17 or 18. Manchester Airport is a 40 min drive away or you can go via train.

The room is a lovely double room, with double bed, bedside cabinet, large mirrored wardrobe. You have your own large bathroom, with bath and shower over. There is off road parking on the drive with room for two cars, my car will take up one space. There is a shared living room, shared dining room and kitchen with built in modern appliances. A south facing rear garden with large patio area.
All bills are included and also WiFi.

You must be a dog lover as I have a cockerpoo, he is a friendly boy. I also have my grandchildren come to visit me, so you must also be tolerant of children.
This is a friendly, easy going home. I am a professional, friendly female looking for a likeminded housemate.
