Room in Sandbach (Large Detached Home)

I currently have one room available in a large detached property in Sandbach: a double room for £600pcm (including bills).

I hope to find a tidy and considerate person to join me in a three-person house-share.

The house has a large garden with off-road parking and patio, a large modern kitchen and dining area, three reception rooms, a new family bathroom (that you would share with only one person), a separate downstairs WC, and fast and reliable broadband.

It is in a quiet, semi-rural location, and is a 15-minute walk from Sandbach town centre.

This house-share would suit someone who is clean and tidy, considerate of others, enjoys peace and quiet, and would value having occasional 'run of the house' to entertain their close friends.

I'm Dean, 42, live in landlord. After 20 years working as an analyst I have recently changed career to become a self-employed carpenter. I live with two young lurchers who only have access to one of the living rooms and the garden, which helps to keep the rest of the house clean and tidy. I have two young daughters in London who I will sometimes stay with for short visits.
