King size ensuite room in Sandbach

I have two large ensuite rooms available in my spacious 4 bedroom townhouse. Each room has an ensuite shower and toilet and is furnished with a king size bed, and wardrobe/drawers. There is a shared lounge, kitchen, utility room, dining room, bathroom and garden. Bills included (gas, elec, water, council tax).
The house is a short walk (5 minutes) to Sandbach town centre and all associated amenities including shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, schools, doctors surgery, park etc. The railway station is approx 1 mile away, with direct links to Manchester. Sandbach is ideally situated close to the M6 motorway (Jn. 17), meaning Liverpool, Manchester and Birmingham are all within easy driving distance.
Single occupancy £180 per week, double occupancy £230 per week. Short lets accepted (min 1 week)
