House share available in Saughall

We are looking for someone to come and join us in our house in Saughall. Saughall is a village about 3 miles from Chester, it has a couple of pubs, a co-op and a Chinese as well as a regular bus service into Chester. There is easy access to the m56.

The room is a double room, however we are very much looking for someone who wants to share the house rather than just rent a room. The house has a garden and garage, and all the usual stuff. There is off road parking for 2 cars.

We are a couple, and both work away most of the time. There is one existing lodger, a male who works locally. There is a cat in the house so you would need to be okay with this. You need to be aware the house is for sale at the moment, so some flexibility is required, and the rent is priced to reflect this, equally we can be flexible if you don't want to commit to a long term period.
