Located in Saughall, a village to the north of Chester, the house is a 3 bedroom end of terrace. Saughall is about 3 miles north of Chester with easy access to the M56 motorway. There is a co-op, post office, takeaway and village pub all within a short walk.

The house contains 2 double bedrooms and a single, all with excellent storage. Downstairs there is a lounge, dining room and kitchen, both the lounge and dining room open onto the garden. There is a secure grassed garden to the rear of the house, off road parking for 2 cars as well as a large garage to the front.

We are looking to rent the house for a period around 6 - 9 months, there may be some flexibility with this for the right person. We are open to either people wanting to rent the whole house (furnished), or people wanting to rent 1 or 2 of the bedrooms. We have 3 very friendly cats, we are ideally looking for someone who is willing to look after the cats while living in the house, until we secure cat friendly accommodation in our new area. We would of course pay all costs associated with the cats.

All bills are included in the price, including sky TV and hi speed broadband.
