I have a furnished annex available in a very exclusive setting between Shavington and Wybunbury.
The annex comprises a large, private bedroom & living space furnished with a superking bed, sofa and TV with storage areas and desk space. Adjacent to this is a large, private shower room with toilet and in-built storage cupboards/wardrobes.
You will also have shared use of a kitchenette/utility room. The kitchenette will include a countertop oven and hot plates, microwave, toaster, kettle and a basic range of kitchenware. There is also a fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier and storage cupboard. This area will also be used by us for access to the washing machine, tumble drier and boiler.
The property is situated at the end of a private tree lined driveway and has gated access, leading to a large private parking area, shared with us. There is an outbuilding with additional storage space and a gym (currently work in progress). There is an abundance of outside space that can be utilised by the Lodger if required, however, the main garden area will be used solely by us.
The property is close to both Crewe and Nantwich (approx 5-10 minute drive) but also borders attractive countryside, including Wybunbury Moss nature reserve, which is a short walk away.
The property is a short drive from the M6 motorway (junction 16), meaning Liverpool, Manchester, Chester and Birmingham are all within easy driving distance.
Crewe railway station is approximately 2 miles away and has direct trains to many major cities across the country.
