I’m an easy-going, tidy, full-time working professional and I’m hoping to find someone similar who appreciates a calm home. I have a well-behaved, quiet dog and cat. You are welcome to use all kitchen utensils and I have a garage where a bike can be stored if needed.

I also have a second ad, showing my smaller room for £480 per month. I am willing to move into the other room to the one you prefer, there is only one room for rent, and the house will be shared with myself.
